What is the TB Affiliate Program?
The TB Affiliate program is a partnership program where our partners earn commissions based on the wagering activity of players that they refer to the TB Affiliate program via the use of banners, text links and other approved methods of content delivery.

What does a TB Affiliate do?
A TB affiliate places their unique tracking ID to the Top Bet Sportbook on their website or other marketing campain. This can be done with simple text links, banners, popups, and so on supplied by the TB Affiliate Program. Then, all the affiliate has to do is get traffic to their website and then refer those visitors to the Top Bet Sportsbook with those unique affiliate links.

Does it cost money to join TB Affiliate Program?
No, joining the TB Affiliate program is absolutely free!

How do I join?
The TB Affiliate program is free to join. Simply fill out our application form and you will be contacted in a timely manner regarding your acceptance into the program. If your application is accepted, you will receive an email containing your unique affiliate ID and login credentials. Using the provided login credentials you will have access to all our TB Affiliate program resources in addition to online reporting.

I don't have a website. Can I still apply?
We review potential offline campaigns on an individual basis. In order for us to consider your proposal we ask that you prepare a marketing plan outlining your target market, scope, potential, demographic and any previous marketing campaigns you have experience with.

Can a website outside of the USA be an affiliate?
Yes. We welcome affiliates from all over the world!

Can I participate in other Affiliate Programs?
Of course, you may participate in other affiliate programs.

Does the TB Affiliate program accept all websites?
No. The TB Affiliate program does not accept all websites. We review every application and evaluate its suitability prior to inclusion into our program. Sites containing pornography, graphic content, or aimed towards minors will not be accepted.

Am I guaranteed payment for placing the casino's banners on my website?
No. You will earn commissions on the Total Net Revenue from each player you refer after they join and deposit. Simply promoting TB Affiliate program partners does not guarantee payment.

Do you have an online poker room?
No. At this time we do not offer an online poker room; however, we may introduce a poker product in the near future.

How long will it take for my application to be reviewed?
The TB Affiliate program reviews each application individually. In most instances, your application will be reviewed within 24 hours.

How many links can I have?
You can have as many links to the TB Affiliate program as you want. The more links you have, the better the likelihood that visitors will click through to the TB Affiliate program brands.

Where do I get banners and content?
Once we've accepted your application, we'll set up your account and send you unique login information for your new affiliate account. Using your affiliate login you can retrieve banners and content in addition to online reporting.

Where should I place links and banners on my site?
You should place the links and banners on the home page or other high traffic pages on your website. The more visibility you give to TB Affiliate program brands, the more visitors will click through to signup. You can also discuss placement with an Affiliate Account Manager for tips on how you can maximize the exposure of the links to your traffic.

How do you know that a player came from my website?
We use cookies to track referrals to the TB Affiliate program. When a visitor to your website clicks through to TB Affiliate program brand from a banner or text link that contains your unique tracking ID, a cookie is dropped on their computer. This cookie tells us how this player came through, and you are credited with the referral. If a cookie is not dropped on their computer, then we use the information from the "How did you hear about us?" field in the join form to tell us how a player was referred to Us.

Can I try the Sportsbook and Casino that I will be advertising?
Absolutely, just contact the TB Affiliate program and we will be more than happy to help you get setup with a Play-for-Fun account so that you can test the products.

Does TB Affiliate have a policy on spamming?
The TB Affiliate program does not accept Affiliates who engage in spam activities. If an Affiliate is using spamming practices to market TB Affiliate program brands, they will have their account closed immediately, and any payments forfeited. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Can I enter more than one website, and should I use the same affiliate ID for all sites?
Yes, you can have multiple websites, and use the same affiliate ID for multiple sites. We can also set up separate tracking codes for each site for more precise tracking and reporting.

How do I change my account information?
You may login to the TB Affiliate program and update your profile information including your address and e-mail information.

How safe and secure is my information?
Your contact information is safe and secure with the TB Affiliate program. We do not sell or rent your contact information to anyone. Please refer to the TB Affiliate program’s Privacy Policy for more information.

I forgot my username. How do I get it?
Simply email [email protected] with your full name, e-mail address on file with us, and the websites you promote us on and we will be able to assist you with retrieving your login information.

How can I check if my links are tracking properly?
Contact the TB Affiliate program and we will confirm if your links are indeed tracking properly.

Do all Affiliate Tools in the TB Affiliate program work?
Yes! We have tested all tools in our affiliate resource section and they all function and track properly, so make sure you use the code exactly as generated.

Do I earn commissions on my own deposits or wagers?
No, you cannot earn commissions on your own account. If you sign up an account through the TB Affiliate program as a referral of yourself, your account will be removed from your referral portfolio.

Do negatives carry over?
Yes. Unless explicitly stated to you from your TB Affiliate Account Manager, negative balances will carry over. Please contact us for further information regarding negative balances.

How is Total Net Revenue calculated?
Total Net revenue is calculated as follows: Total net losses from players minus charge-backs, fraud, processing fees and promotional items.

What is a charge-back?
A charge-back occurs when a depositing Customer requests a refund from their credit card issuing company after they have deposited money, and in most cases, have wagered that money.

If I have a player who signs up but they aren't one of my referrals, can you change their referral ID to my account?
We handle these on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your Account Manager for further help.

How often am I paid?
Commissions are paid out once per month and are processed by the 15th of the month following your earnings month (for example; August's earnings are paid in September). They are paid to the name that you used on the registration form by the payment method chosen on the registration form.

I operate more than one website. Can you track them separately but pay my entire balance with one commission payment?
Yes, please contact your TB Affiliate program Account Manager for further information.

Is there a minimum I need to receive a payment?
Minimum Commissions and other restrictions per payment method are:

How can I see my statistics and earnings?
Using your unique login information you will be able to login to the TB Affiliate console to view your statistics and current earnings.

Can I view my traffic stats such as the number of clicks and conversions?
Yes, by logging into the affiliate console (powered by MyAffiliates) you will be able to view impressions, clicks, signups and depositors, amongst other key performance indicators.

Can you give me more information about the players I have referred?
Protecting the privacy of TB Affiliate programs players is of the utmost importance. When opening an account these players trust that their information is safe, and that's why they continue to play. We do however provide player ID’s to help you distinguish between your players when viewing your online reports.

Can I have a Private Tournament?
Yes! We encourage all of our affiliates to develop unique initiatives to grow their business and create customer loyalty within their sites. Depending on the goals of your campaign you can run Casino tournaments for Blackjack, Roulette, Slots, and many more games in our Casino. Please contact your TB Affiliate program Account Manager for further assistance in setting up a tournament.

If I sell my website can I sell my sheet of players too?
When a ownership of a website changes, the ownership of that website's sheet of players does not necessarily follow suit. Prior to a change of ownership please contact your Affiliate Account Manager.
